British Insurance Brokers’ Association - BIBA
We are members of BIBA, who are UK’s leading independent insurance body, representing both the insurance broker and the consumer. As a member we are able to gain insider knowledge that will help us to take the business to the next level of success.
BIBA is the industry’s spokesman and watchdog, advising brokers, customers and statutory bodies about key insurance issues. In addition, the organisation provides training and business support, and is helping to raise and maintain industry standards.

Our company liaises with BIBA and CII to ensure technical training is provided in the North East area at a reasonable cost.

Financial Services Authority - FSA
Determine minimum standards of trading through their regulatory regime. Our service includes advising you on your Insurance needs, arranging your Insurance cover with Insurers to meet your requirements and helping you with any subsequent event or alteration to your Insurance which we have placed on your behalf.

In January 2004, Arnotts were awarded the prestigious Key Champion Gold Award at the Investors in People Outstanding Practice Awards, sponsored by the Learning & Skills Council and Tyne & Wear Business Link.
Jane Brown, Training & Compliance Manager, was specifically rewarded after successfully leading the organisation through IiP and contributing to the improvement in business performance.
