As an Investors in People, Arnott Commercial Insurance Services Ltd believe

We see IiP as a starting point rather than a final result and all our employees
proactively follow their programmes of continuous development.
In January 2004, Arnotts were awarded Gold Award ‘Key Champion’
at the Investors in People Outstanding Practice Awards, sponsored by the Learning
& Skills Council and Tyne & Wear Business Link.
Jane Brown, Training & Compliance Manager, was specifically rewarded
after successfully leading the organisation through IiP and improving business
performance.
